The Brown County Playhouse will temporarily close until Monday, March 30 and all programs have been suspended or rescheduled.
The temporary closure is in accordance with mandates from local, state and federal governments related to COVID-19, a press release from Playhouse Executive Director Hannah Estabrook states.
“At this time (March 30), the executive director and board of directors will reevaluate the status of the Playhouse,” the release states.
“We will be leaving our iconic streetlamp on in support of historic theaters and other arts organizations during this difficult time.”
