Donald “Cole” Holley, 25, of Brown County, passed from this life unexpectedly at 10:55 p.m. Thursday, April 9, 2020 at his home.
Cole was born Jan. 17, 1995, in Noblesville, the son of Donald A. and Janie Keegan Holley.
He was employed at Rightway Fasteners, Inc. as a forklift operator.
Cole graduated from Brown County High School in 2013 where he played football.
He was a member of Ogilville United Methodist Church and as a former Boy Scout.
An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoyed a large variety music, helping others and was friendly to everyone.
Survivors include his parents, Don and Janie Holley of Brown County; grandmother, Vera M. Holley of Columbus; aunt, Cathy Holley of Illinois; uncle’s, Don (Olga) Keegan of Carmel and Ron (Beth) Keegan of Terre Haute and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Holley and Bob and Joan Keegan and a step-grandfather, Richard Strain.
Cremation is planned and a celebration of life service will be at held at a later date at the Ogilville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Paul Huntsman officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ogilville United Methodist Church.
