And to the auditor’s office team, first responders and the people of Brown County:

I would personally like to express my gratitude to my staff. They have been great throughout all the pandemic emergency and, at times, went above and beyond to help with whatever was necessary. Sandy Cain, Jim Duff, Linda Axsom, Doug Keaton and Vickie Atkins, thank you for all you do to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. You are greatly appreciated. A special thank-you to Sandy Cain for sticking it out with me every step of the way. I do not know what I would do without her.

To our first responders: You are amazing, and I am so grateful for all you do not just though this pandemic but the everyday things no one thinks about or realizes.

This county and the people in it represent how all counties should be, everyone doing what they need to, helping their neighbors and pulling together to get through this terrible time. You all make me so proud to be a part of this community. Thank you all so much.
