The Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry (Yellowwood State Forest, 772 Yellowwood Lake Rd, Nashville, IN 47448) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with Yellowwood SF campground improvements. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Yellowwood Lake. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to the Indiana DNR, Division of Forestry, Yellowwood State Forest.

NOTICE OF FILING and PUBLIC HEARING OF Substantial Amendment to 2019 Action Plan for Housing and Community Development
Notice is hereby given that the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) plans to amend its 2019 Action Plan for Housing to respond to community needs associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. This amendment adds OCRA’s proposed long-term actions to respond to the COVID-19 effects.
This document concerns programs that are funded through the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) under Title I of the Housing & Community Development Act of 1974 as amended. The amendment establishes spending priorities for approximately $18 million in community development funds related to the CARES Act.
The amendment affects the Community Development Block Grant.
A virtual public hearing will be held to discuss the draft 2019 Action Plan amendment on May 28, 2020 at 2 p.m. ET. that can be accessed through:
