Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on August 26, 2020 at 6:00p.m. in the auditorium of the Brown County Music Center located at 200 Maple Leaf Boulevard, Nashville, Indiana. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic/health emergency the meeting location may be subject to change and may possibly be held via live-stream technology. Any changes will be reflected on the Brown County Government calendar. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by David and Michele Hays to allow a Home Stay-Home Occupation Special Exception in the residence of the property owners.
The location of the property is 516 Artist Drive, Nashville, Indiana in Washington Township.
