Anna B. (Collins) Beaver, age 94 passed away peacefully Friday morning, Dec. 18, 2020 at Brown County Health & Living Community in Nashville. She was a resident of Brown County

Anna was born March 30, 1926 in Knoxville, Tennessee, to Harry Malcom and Dora J. (Scarbrough) Collins. She attended Fargot High School in Martell, Tennessee. Anna married Marion Beaver on June 3, 1946 in Norfold, Virginia. He preceded her in death on March 30, 2006 after 59 loving years of marriage.

Anna retired in 1990 from S. T. Sim Con where she was an Assembler for 37 years. After retirement, she volunteered at the Caring Hearts Clothes Closet in Morgantown, Mothers Cupboard in Bean Blossom, helped with Jim Cullins Auctions in Morgantown and also cleaned for the church and for the Fruitdale Fire Department.

Anna was a 55-year member of the Morgantown Baptist Church. She loved visiting with family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her daughter: Linda Brown of Brown County, sister, Dora Jean Clark of Indianapolis; sister-in-law: Jeannie Price of Avon, grandchildren, Glenda Jo (Tommy) Bailey of Martinsville, William (Judy) Brown of Freedom, DeAnna (Archie) Hardwick of Franklin, Mike Reasor of Oklahoma, Tony (Monica) Reasor of Texas and Nicole Skurvins of Indiana; great-grandchildren: Gary (Melinda) Fox of Brown County, Chad (Alix) Teague of Franklin, Melinda (Tyler) Zapfe of Nineveh, Joshua (Lisa) Stargell of Brown County, Bridgette (Casey) Corbin of Greenwood, Brianna (Tyler) Roman of Columbus, Steven (Kacee) Hardwick of North Carolina, Radley (Lauren) Reasor and Chad Reasor both of Texas, Megan Reasor and Sean Duplesis both of Oklahoma, Tray Reasor, Garrett Reasor and Tara Reasor all of Oklahoma, Clarissa Brown, Rebecca Brown and Jennifer Brown all of Freedom and 14 great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son: Marion “Mike” Beaver, siblings: Joe Prince, Cecil Prince, David Prince, Betty Jo Wise, Viola “Dot” Waller and Bernice Crawford, granddaughter: Elizabeth Fox-Mulvey, and an infant great-granddaughter: Michaela Reasor,

A private family viewing will take place at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home in Morgantown prior to the private graveside service at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery in Martinsville.
