CarDon & Associates’ Brown County Health and Living Community has earned one of Pinnacle Quality Insight’s 2021 Customer Experience Awards.

Thirteen CarDon communities throughout Indiana received awards. Brown County Health and Living Community was among those who received the Customer Experience Award.

Throughout 2020, a sampling of CarDon’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions as well as the opportunity to rate a CarDon community in specific categories.

Each CarDon community that earned a Pinnacle Customer Experience Award scored in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.
