CarDon &amp; Associates’ Brown County Health and Living Community has earned one of <a href="https://pinnacleqi.com/">Pinnacle Quality Insight’</a>s 2021 Customer Experience Awards.
Thirteen CarDon communities throughout Indiana received awards. Brown County Health and Living Community was among those who received the Customer Experience Award.
Throughout 2020, a sampling of CarDon’s residents and their families participated in monthly telephone interviews that included open-ended questions as well as the opportunity to rate a CarDon community in specific categories.
Each CarDon community that earned a Pinnacle Customer Experience Award scored in the top 15 percent of the nation across a 12-month average.
