Vicki L. (Kinsey) Stephens, 69, resident of Nashville, Indiana passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 in Columbus, Indiana.
Vicki was born on December 23, 1951 in Lebanon, Indiana to the late Francis Kinsey and Clara (Hiatt) Kinsey.
Vicki married Alex Stephens on October 12, 1996 in Franklin, Indiana; they were married for 24 years.
She could often be found relaxing in her fuzzy socks at home reading a book or watching television. Vicki found great joy in watching her favorite sports teams, which included Indiana University Basketball, Indianapolis Colts, and the Indiana Pacers. Vicki never turned down a chance to cook a meal for all of her family to share. She also enjoyed traveling and exploring new places with the people she loved most.
Vicki is survived by her husband, Alex Stephens, of Nashville, Indiana; her step son, Zachary King, of Cincinnati, Ohio; her brother, Gary Kinsey, of Florida and her sister, Christina (Martin) Hill, of Nineveh, Indiana.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Deeann Gustin.
A Celebration of Life Service will be on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at Jessen Funeral Home ~ Whiteland Chapel with visitation from 5:00 P.M. until the service hour.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to the Brown County Humane Society.
