To the editor:

Thank you to Dewey Sizemore for routine maintenance on Grandma Barnes Road and to my husband for cleaning out the ditches so the road does not erode with heavy rainfall. Grandma Barnes is a major access road to State Road 135 from Helmsburg Road used by many people daily. This also includes the Brown County Highway Department which frequently uses the road to go to the old landfill.

This road is in need of serious attention.
