<strong>WALK-IN WEDNESDAYS:</strong> Summer is here! Doors are opening up, people are coming out and the games are beginning. Beginning Wednesday, June 2 and every Wednesday for the month, we are going to be holding “Walk-in Wednesdays” at the Brown County Veterans Service Office at Deer Run Park. This particular day is set for any veteran, transitioning service member, surviving spouse, or family members to walk in to our office without scheduling an appointment to meet with the service officer to discuss or start filing for VA benefits.

<strong>VA COVID-19 VACCINATIONS:</strong> ALL veterans, spouses, caregivers and CHAMPVA beneficiaries under the SAVES LIVES Act are now eligible receive the COVID-19 vaccination at VA clinics in Bloomington, Indy West, Martinsville, Shellbyville, Terre Haute, Wakeman (Camp Atterbury) and West Lafayette, to include the Indianapolis VA Medical Center. Call 317-988-4899, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. to schedule.
