COLUMBUS, IN

Patricia Hoffman “Patti” Dyson, 81, a resident of Columbus, Indiana and Half Moon Bay, California, passed from this life at 3:14 a.m. Friday, June 4, 2021, at Franciscan Health in Indianapolis.
Patti was born in Chicago, Illinois, December 13, 1939, the loving daughter of William H. and Jeanette A. Boss Hoffman. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Dyson.
Patti was the co-owner, with her first husband, of Dyson Construction in California and most recently was a registered nurse in California.
Patti was a very adventurous person that has traveled the world. Patti had a passion for attending concerts, symphonies, and the Brown County Theatre and she was very involved in cat rescues.
Patti is survived by her husband, George E. Miller of Half Moon Bay, California; her adopted daughter, Katherine Watts of Half Moon Bay, California; and her adopted son, Francisco Gonzalez of Half Moon Bay, California.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jeanette Hoffman; her first husband, William Dyson; and her brother, William Hoffman Jr.
In keeping with Patti’s wishes, cremation is planned. There will be no service at this time.
