To The editor:

Thank you Jim Campbell for giving us a picture of Helmsburg as it used to be.

A few of those things are in my memory, 35 years as a resident of Brown County, but nice to know of all the other places once there. My own hometown, about the size of this one, has similar memories for me.

I’m sure there are folks out there who could fill the Poet’s Corner with stories of their memories of other ‘typical Brown County towns.’ I dare you!
