There is a flyer posted around town, “Holiday Happenings in Brown County,” that has the date of the Brown County Children’s Auction misprinted. The correct date is Dec. 3. If you have these posters in your window, would you please take a pen and make a correction on the poster?
Since 1977, the Brown County Children’s Auction has been raising funds to provide clothing for local children in need. Traditionally, the auction is held on the first Friday in December and many of you have been supporting us for several years.
This year the auction will be Friday, Dec. 3 at The Brown County Inn, which is a location change, starting at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5 p.m. Some of our items are available via an online auction and you can bid on those at www.app.galabid.com/bcca2021/items.
Please come out and join the fun and support the children of Brown County!
We are still taking donations and those can be dropped off at Out of the Ordinary or you can call 812 320 2601. Cash donations can be made at PNC Bank.
