Sandra Rhoads of Nashville Indiana passed away at the age of 67 on Nov. 11, 2022. She is survived by her mother, Corinne Walker, her sister, Barbara, her brothers Terry and Bruce and her four children: Christina Lauchli, Barret Rhoads, Sam Rhoads, and Anna Rhoads as well as her granddaughter, Eva Rhoads. Born in Indianapolis, Sandra moved to Brown County in the 80s where she enjoyed a life of farming, traveling, and raising her children. Her fostering and adoption of stray animals in need of a home was a testament to her kind and gentle spirit, for which she will be remembered by all who knew her.
