| Tracy Forest Parrish, 63, of Nashville passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 24, 2023 in his home. He was born March 26, 1960 in Cherry Point, North Carolina to Roy Elmer Parrish and Charlotte Ann Griffin Parrish. Tracy had done many things but was mostly known for his cooking. Survivors include his wife of nearly 28 years, Teresa Parrish of Nashville; eight children, Nicholas (Jazmyn) Parrish, Erin (Danny) Parrish-Orman, Ash Parrish, Raymond Parrish, Keynan Parrish, Harper Parrish, Grayson Parrish and Chance Parrish; countless foster children; a brother Glen Parrish; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Anthony Dortch; two sisters, June and Frankie; and a brother, Buddy. Tracy was involved with Encounter Life Ministries, his other passions were cooking and children. Funeral Services are scheduled for Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at 2:00 PM in Bond-Mitchell Funeral Home, 1682 State Road 135 North with Cory Joy officiating, burial will follow in Weeping Willow Cemetery. There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends on Tuesday prior to services from 12:00 – 2:00 PM in the funeral home.
