Pam Hochstetler knows Where’s There!

Hey Brown County! It’s me again. Did you miss me?

This week I decided to explore the restaurant scene of Nashville. I enjoy a hot meal as much as the next person. It’s like they say, I’m here to party and eat some good food … and I’m fresh out of parties.

Currently in its third location in town, this chain is nothing new to Nashville.

They used to have a location a little off the beaten open that is no longer open. They currently have two restaurants in Brown County and others in surrounding areas.

In this edition, I’m asking you the hard questions … and it can be expected that I’m looking for the truth— win-wink, hint-hint.

So, Brown County … Where’s There?Think you know? Send me an email at [email protected] or stop by the office and give us your guess in person. We take all the correct guesses and draw one from that group as our weekly winner. That lucky person gets their very own copy of 175 Years of Brown County.

Last week, we had six correct guesses, thanks guys! I appreciate your support not only for me, but for our county.

Thank you to Sharon Roth, Edith Snyder, Terry Heeter, Betsy Hawkins, Pam Hochstetler and Trisha Fobes for correctly guessing that I was at the Brown County Park’s North Entrance, or the Ramp Creek Covered Bridge. You’re the best!

After a random drawing. Dim the lights… our winner is Pam Hochstetler! Congratulations Pam! Stop by the office during our regular office hours (M-F, 9-4) to receive your personal copy of 175 Years of Brown County. We are out and about a lot, so you might want to call ahead (988-2221) to make sure I’m here!

I look forward to meeting you, and I’ll see you on the other side, Brown County.
