Tammy Jo Fields, 48, Martinsville, formerly of Brown County, died Friday, Dec. 2, 2016.
Survivors include her companion, Clint Frazee; children, Sierra Frazee and Josh Bandy; three grandchildren; parents, Robert E. and Donna J. Fields; and siblings, Wes Fields, Kathy Fields and Christian Fields.
A celebration of life will be scheduled in spring 2017 at Lake Lemon.
Arrangements are with G.H. Herrmann Funeral Home in Greenwood.
