A 37-year-old Brown County woman was injured in a crash on Clay Lick Road yesterday afternoon.
The crash was reported just before 4 p.m. in the 1100 block of Clay Lick Road, according to an accident report by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Austin Schonfeld.
Schonfeld reported that the driver, Kelly Lambert, was driving southbound on Clay Lick Road when her vehicle went left of center and into an embankment causing her vehicle to roll onto the passenger side and trapping her inside.
Lambert said her tires were not in “great shape” and that the road was wet at the time when she lost control.
She was transported to the hospital for an injury to her knee/lower leg/foot.
Her vehicle was towed from the scene.
