Sentence is consecutive to sentence in 07C01-1801-F6-000016. Court orders the defendant to be assessed for work release. If and when the defendant qualifies he will be given work release privileges. Probation for one year with the first six months being served on electronic home monitoring through BCCC. In addition to the standard conditions of probation, the defendant is ordered to complete the Batterer’s Intervention program as approved by probation officer and the no-contact order in favor of victims is to continue through probation and sentence; $236 fine and total court costs.
