The remaining 15 actual days to be served intermittently starting on March 29 at 6 p.m. seven consecutive weekends. Driver’s license suspended for 15 days commencing March 26; $386.50 fine and total court costs.

March 28

Jacob Arron Ruckman, domestic battery, Level 6 felony; remaining counts dismissed; two and a half years in BCJ with one-and-a-half years executed, remainder suspended. Sentence is consecutive to sentence in 07C01-1801-F6-000016. Court orders the defendant to be assessed for work release. If and when the defendant qualifies he will be given work release privileges. Probation for one year with the first six months being served on electronic home monitoring through BCCC. In addition to the standard conditions of probation, the defendant is ordered to complete the Batterer’s Intervention program as approved by probation officer and the no-contact order in favor of victims is to continue through probation and sentence; $236 fine and total court costs. Defendant was notified of his appellate rights.
