Charles E. White (Charley) passed away at home on March 23, 2020.
Charley was born in Dover, DE on March 25, 1944. He was a Vietnam veteran, vice president and treasurer of Gnaw Bone Regional Sewer.
He and his wife Sherry of 57 years owned and ran Westward Ho Campground in Brown County for 32 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family as well as his camping family.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon, son Charles II and daughter Julie (Paul) Horath; grandchildren Nichell (Spencer) Noblitt, Nicholas Keltz and Morgan Keltz; great grandchildren Drake Noblitt and soon-to-be Valerie Noblitt.
He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Rachel Keltz.
A gathering of family and friends will be announced at a later time.
