Michael O. D. Bruce, operating a vehicle while intoxicated — endangering a person, Class A misdemeanor; operating a vehicle while intoxicated — previously convicted of the offense of OWI within five years, Level 6 felony; remaining counts dismissed; 545 days BCJ/BCCC with five actual days executed. Credit for four actual days. Probation for 540 days, with conditions to include: 40 hours public service restitution, submit to substance abuse evaluation, Victim Impact Panel, 90 days day reporting through BCCC and submit to DNA testing. Parties agree substance abuse evaluation has been completed; IOP and aftercare have been completed. Defendant to complete any aftercare treatment through Centerstone; $1 fine, $454.50 total costs. License suspension for 365 days, credit for administrative suspension, stayed, with 180-day special driving privileges. Defendant to report to Brown County jail at noon July 24.
