HAMBLEN TWP. — A Florida man who was pulled over for driving left of center was drunk, police say.
Jaeson M. Wallace, 36, of Punta Gorda, Florida, was stopped around 10 p.m. June 6 on Sweetwater Trail. Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Williams reported that Wallace smelled of alcohol, there were alcohol containers in plain view and he failed all field tests. His blood-alcohol content measured at 0.09, just over the legal limit, the report said.
He was charged June 7 with three alcohol-related misdemeanors and driving while suspended, also a misdemeanor.
