By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1702-MF-000060 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. was Plaintiff, and Ryan C. Bevers; Mariner Finance, LLC; were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 12th  day of October , 2017, at the hour of 10:00 am  or as soon thereafter as is possible, at 55 State Road 46E, Nashville, Indiana 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, in Brown County, Indiana. described as follows:

Beginning South 89 degrees 21 minutes West 2236.41 feet, South 03 degrees 40 minutes East 208.2 feet, and South 67 degrees 20 minutes West 146.5 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 7; thence South 21 degrees 26 minutes East 287.2 feet; thence South 78 degrees 57 minutes West 144.2 feet; thence North 06 degrees 53 minutes West 122.4 feet; thence North 15 degrees 46 minutes West 132.5 feet; thence North 62 degrees East 98.5 feet to the beginning, .71 of an acre more or less.
