NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1702- MF-000073 wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA was Plaintiff, and Brittany R. Schwartz, Christopher S. Schwartz, The United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of December, 2017, at the hour of 10:00am or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448- 0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Brown, State of Indiana being known and designated as: part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 9 North, Range 4 East, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; thence West 329.5 feet; thence North 466.8 feet; thence East 427.6 feet; thence with the center of the County Road; South 04° 00′ East 45 feet, South 10° 30′ East 282 feet and South 12° 15′ East 148 feet; thence West 184 feet to the beginning, containing 5 acres, more or less.
