Coach’s comments: The Eagles battled No. 8-ranked (3A) Owen Valley down to the wire, but fell to the Patriots 54-61. It was a game that saw no one lead by more than 10 and Brown County found themselves in a position to win only down 3 with 30 seconds to go. But key free throws helped OV keep the game just out of the reach of the Eagles. Brown County finishes the 2017-18 season with a record of 10-12, their best finish since the 2013-14 season.
