The Brown County School Board of Trustees approved the following May 3:
- Hiring Sue Thompson and Cheryl Wyman to work at Brown County Junior High School student registration July 31 and Aug. 1 at a rate of $10.50 per hour for a total of 32 hours.
- A field trip for Brown County High School show choirs to go to Minneapolis, Minnesota Feb. 15-17.
- A leave request for Amy Oliver and Emily Lewellen to attend National History Day at the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland June 10-14.
- Separating Sprunica Elementary School paraprofessional Sasha Robinson, effective May 17. This was not a termination.
- Separating BCHS special education teacher Margo Seastrom at the end of this school year. This was not a termination.
- Separating SES after-school care supervisor Sandy Richardson effective May 4.
- Transferring BCJHS English/language arts teacher Dustin Robinson to BCHS English/language arts teacher starting next school year.
- Transferring BCHS English/language arts teacher Kirk Wrightsman to BCHS computer science teacher starting next school year. He is a replacement for Jake Koressel.
