NOTICE OF SUIT
To the defendants named below herein, and any other person who may be concerned.
You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above.
The nature of the suit is the foreclosure of a mortgage upon the property located in Brown County at 6679 Sprunica Ridge Road, Nashville, IN, 47448, legally described as:
A part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning 20 rods South and 14 rods East of the Northwest corner of said quarter quarter section; thence East 14 rods; thence South 377.1 feet; thence West 14 rods; thence North 377.1 feet to the beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less.
Also, the right of ingress and egress over a 20-foot wide easement lying left of the following described line: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the above described 2-acre tract and running West 14 rods to the public road.
Subject to a 20-foot wide easement along the entire North Line of the above described 2-acre tract. (hereafter “Real Estate”).
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following defendants who may claim some interest in the Real Estate and whose whereabouts are not known with certainty:

You must respond to this summons by publication, by you or your attorney, on or before thirty (30) days after the Third Notice of Suit has been published. If you fail to do so, a default judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
You may be entitled to a settlement conference that will allow you to speak with your mortgage company and discuss alternatives to foreclosure. If you want a settlement conference, you must request it with the court within 30 days after you received this summons.
