Credit for four days. Defendant to report to BCJ June 23 at 2 p.m. and each weekend thereafter until served. Probation commencing upon release from incarceration and house arrest with special conditions to include: 50 hours of community service, substance abuse evaluation and Victim Impact Panel. Driver’s license suspended for two-and-a-half years following refusal suspension; $1 fine, $386.50 total court costs.
