Jason Scroggins, whose place of residence is unknown, is hereby notified that Kimberly Scroggins has filed her petition to said court, alleging that Jason Scroggins has been willfully absent from her and is asking to proceed to finalize the dissolution of marriage, Kimberly Scroggins states she has exhausted all means of trying to find Jason Scroggins and in the absence of proof of service, Kimberly Scroggins is now proceeding with this service by publication praying that she may be divorced from Jason Scroggins.
