By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1802-MF- 000092 wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC was Plaintiff, and Christine Omberg, AKA Christine L. Omberg and Unknown Occupants were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of February, 2019, at the hour of 10:00AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Sheriff’s Office 39 N. Van Buren Nashville, IN 47448-0095, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
