Morgantown native, Elsie M. (Throckmorton) Richhart, 89, of Franklin, formerly of Trafalgar, died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019.
Visitation was Jan. 31; the funeral was Feb. 1, all at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home, Morgantown. Burial was in East Hill Cemetery, Morgantown.
