Hilary Key nominated for Most Innovative Retailer of the Year

Hilary Key, owner of The Toy Chest in Nashville, has been nominated for Most Innovative Retailer of the Year as part of the Toy and Game Innovation Excellence Awards (TAGIE).

The TAGIEs, now in its 16th year, honor the most innovative inventors, designers, suppliers, retailers, marketers and PR teams in the toy and game industry. Public voting is available for all categories through Oct. 20, 2023. Anyone is welcome to vote by visiting https://survey.sogolytics.com/survey1.aspx?k=RQsRVXTSQsRsPsPsP&lang=0. Winners will be announced in November at the annual awards event in Chicago.

“I am so honored be recognized for this award,” Key said. “Constant innovation is a cornerstone of our business model, and it takes a lot of energy to sustain the cycle of trial and failure required to imagine new ways of doing business. My team and I pour our hearts and souls into this store, and having our efforts recognized means the world. We hope that recognition on this scale will bring in a whole new batch of customers looking to embrace the true power of play.“

Founded in 2008, the Toy &Game International Excellence Awards (TAGIEs) celebrate the outstanding achievements of toy and game industry leaders from around the world, by honoring masters of innovation and invention. The annual event also pays homage to industry professionals who differentiate themselves with their spirit for fun, philanthropy, inventor advocacy, creativity and humanitarianism.
