LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR A REPLAT

BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on January 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Tim A. and Fawn S. Updike to allow a Replat of 2 existing lots.

The location of the property is 8089 Heather Pass (Lots 15 & 16) in Van Buren Township.

Legal description of premises:

Tract No. 15 in Venture Woods, Phase II, as recorded January 11, 1996 in Plat Cabinet 1 Sleeve 110B; re-recorded March 19, 1996 in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 125B, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana. Containing 4.170 acres, section 4, township 7, range 4.

Tract No. 16 in Venture Woods, Phase II as recorded January 11, 1996 in the Plat Cabinet 1 Sleeve 110B; re-recorded March 19, 1996 in Plat Cabinet 1, Sleeve 125B, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
