BROWN COUNTY AREA PLAN COMMISSION

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on October 24, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Fred and Karen Brock to allow a 2 lot Minor Subdivision.

The location of the property is 5646 Spearsville Road Morgantown, Indiana, in Hamblen Township.

Legal description of premises:

A part of the West half of the Northeast quarter and of the fractional East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 30, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows: Beginning South 01 degree 13 minutes West 1948.0 feet, North 45 degrees 00 minutes East 104.5 feet and North 81 degrees 46 minutes East 161.7 feet from the Northwest corner of said fractional East half; thence North 07 degrees 42 minutes East 276.0 feet; thence North 84 degrees 29 minutes East 847.9 feet; thence with the public road South 00 degrees 53 minutes East 251.2 feet; South 35 degrees 37 minutes West 73.0 feet; South 86 degrees 50 minutes West 521.7 feet and South 87 degrees 02 minutes West 319.9 feet to the beginning, containing 5.74 acres.

The file on this matter is available for public inspection at least 10 days prior to the hearing, during the regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the petition. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
