Letter: Church’s piano concert nothing short of amazing

To the editor:

OK, you missed it: The piano concert at the Presbyterian church Sunday afternoon, Oct. 22.

There are no words to express how wonderful it was. The piano playing of Mark DeZwaan and Ji Hyun Kim was something you would hear on a concert stage in a huge theater.

And it was free. Then, wonderful desserts were served after the concert (and everyone knows how church ladies like to cook).

OK, there was a donation basket set up, but no one was twisting your arm to put money in.

I have been told that there will be other performances at a later date. All will be different.

So, watch the paper. I am sure it will be in. To spend the afternoon of music that was belted out is something the Presbyterian church can be very proud of.

Thank you for a great afternoon close to home.
