By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01- 1709-MF-000359 wherein Federal National Mortgage Association was Plaintiff, and Jeffrey Alan Walsh, Cavalry Portfolio Services LLC, Personal Finance Company, Bank of America, State of Indiana, Calvary SPV I, LLC and HILCO Receivables, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 14 day of June, 2018, at the hour of 10am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.

Part of the Northwest quarter and part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32, Township 9 North, Range 2 East, Washington Township, Brown County, Indiana, described as follows: Commencing at a stone found marking the Southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32, also the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 32; thence North 85 degrees 56 minutes 23 seconds East (assumed bearing) on and along the South line of said Northwest Quarter, also the North line of said Southwest Quarter 433.28 feet to a rebar set on the East line of a tract described to Sullivan in Instrument Number 2000-3363, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana, and the beginning; thence North 00 degrees 45 minutes 29 seconds West on and along said East line 249.17 feet to an iron pin found in the apparent center of Yellowwood County Road on the Southerly line of a tract described to Graham in Deed Record Number 120, page 175 in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana; thence the following four (4) courses are with the apparent center of said county road, said Southerly line and a portion of the Southerly line of a tract described to Bremer in Instrument Number 2000-4323, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana; South 75 degrees 51 minutes 43 seconds East 61.21 feet to an iron pin set; South 79 degrees 03 minutes 15 seconds East 195.63 feet to an iron pin found; South 81 degrees 31 minutes 29 seconds East 142.86 feet to an iron pin found; South 84 degrees 51 minutes 42 seconds East 58.06 feet to an iron pin found, and South 86 degrees 59 minutes 29 seconds East 79.14 feet to an iron pin set; thence the following two (2) courses are through the lands of Way described in Deed Record number 104, page 47, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana; South 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West 713.90 feet to a capped rebar set, and South 88 degrees 02 minutes 43 seconds West 519.11 feet to a capped rebar found on the East line of said Sullivan; thence North 00 degrees 45 minutes 29 seconds west on and along said East line 565.02 feet to the beginning. Containing 9.084 acres, more or less.

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
