Letter: Pioneer Village gathering was well attended

To the editor:

The Brown County Historical Society would like to thank all who participated in their Spring Gathering on May 12 at the Pioneer Village. We had over 1,200 visitors to the village that day. The demonstrators provided lots to see and the children visiting created fun crafts in the Schoolhouse. Mark your calendars for the Fall Gathering, Sept. 29, 2018.

Helpers included The Salt Creek String Band, Vicki Smith, Rita Simon, Richard Frenzel, Brenda Main, John Main, Jennifer Hodge, Tim Ackerman, Donna Jo Copeland, Mary George Kipp, Cheryl Boyle, Bill Boyle, Michele Marshall, Abby, Mike Kummerer, Marcia Sledd, Wanda Lawson, Jim Jessee, Jane Huffman, Dorothy Babcock, Kathy Sparks, Carol Page, Ellen Carter, Nancy Tipple, Lu Brunnemer, Barb Jones, Mary Ann Woerner, and Mary and Alan Everroad of Trolley’s. Apologies to anyone who was omitted from this list.
