Plaintiff, by counsel, hereby gives Notice of the Complaint filed in the Brown Circuit Court against the above- named Defendant. Plaintiff also filed an Affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of Defendant, Ricky Darnell Linville upon diligent inquiry are unknown. The cause of action is for default on a promissory note and foreclosure upon a mortgage on the following descried real estate:
