A Bloomington woman may have broken her hand when her car struck a deer on State Road 46 West.

Laura Kray, 51, was driving east on 46 West near Summers Place Trail just after 8:30 a.m. Oct. 13 when the deer ran into the road, an accident report by Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Austin Schonfeld states.

Kray sustained a possible broken hand and was taken to a hospital by ambulance, the report said. Her vehicle was towed. She was wearing a seat belt.
