To the editor:
I have asked to be placed on the agenda for the Nov. 20, 5 p.m. Brown County Health Board meeting. If you have had difficulty dealing with the Brown County Health Department and your septic, please attend. I will be talking about the BCHD digging up people’s yards to inspect septic systems and the possible liability to the taxpayers if damage occurs. I will be talking about trespassing on private property. I will be talking about the egregious acts committed by the BCHD. I will be talking about a culture of punishment with the BCHD that creates fear in the citizenry.
It is well past time that this issue had the light shined on it. It is a problem that needs corrected immediately for the well being of our beloved community.
