The State of Indiana to the defendants named above and any other person or persons who may be concerned.

You are notified that you have been sued in the Court named above. The nature of the suit against you is:

A part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows:

Beginning South 89 degrees 21 minutes West 2236.41 feet, South 03 degrees 40 minutes East 71.8 feet and South 89 degrees 20 minutes West 200 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 7; thence South 02 degrees 00 minutes East 85 feet; thence South 89 degrees 20 minutes West 50 feet; thence North 02 degrees 00 minutes West 85 feet; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes East 50 feet to the beginning, containing 0.10 acres, more or less.

Also, a part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, described as follows:

Beginning South 89 degrees 21 minutes West 2236.41 feet, South 03 degrees 40 minutes East 71.8 feet and South 89 degrees 20 minutes West 150 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 7; thence North 75 feet; thence South 77 degrees 23 minutes West 48.2 feet; thence North 02 degrees 00 minutes West 85 feet; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes East 50 feet to the beginning, containing 0.09 acres, more or less.

Both of the above parcels of land have the right of ingress and egress over the following described easement:

A 30 foot easement lying in the North Half of the North Half of Section 7, Township 10 North, Range 3 East, the centerline of which is described as follows:

Beginning South 89 degrees 21 minutes West 2867.71 feet and South 07 degrees 00 minutes West 72.5 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 7; thence North 89 degrees 20 minutes East 762.1 feet; thence South 976.8 feet to the public road.

Also, beginning South 89 degrees 21 minutes West 2038.11 feet, South 00 degrees 02 minutes West 147 feet, South 89 degrees 13 minutes West 76.8 feet and South 34.9 feet from the Northeast corner of said Section 7; thence South 75 degrees 54 minutes West 146.5 feet; thence South 62 degrees 00 minutes West 156.5 feet to the terminus of said easement.

This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendants whose addresses are follows:

and to the following defendant whose whereabouts is unknown:

Travis Rankin

In addition to the above named defendants being served by this summons there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit. If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction of occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer. You must answer the Complaint in writing, by you or your attorney, within thirty (30) days after the third Notice of Suit is published, and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
