INDIANAPOLIS — Five Brown County High School students attended the Indiana State Music Association (ISSMA) Solo and Ensemble assessments at North Central High School.
Emma Beck on French horn, John Oliver on percussion, Jake Rodgers on baritone saxophone, Rachel Huddleston on French horn and Katianna Richardson on flute all received a gold rating, two with distinction, meaning the performance was practically flawless, according to Matthew Finley, the high school band director.
