The Helmsburg Community Development Corporation would like to thank the Brown County Highway Department for coming to check out our damaged storm sewer and clearing an alleyway, as well as being so attentive in salting our streets over the winter. It is very much appreciated!
We would also like to announce that we will be having our very first Helmsburg Hog Heaven Festival on Aug. 24 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. We will have a variety of local food vendors, artisans and craftspeople, and other vendors, as well as local musicians. This will be a fun event for all ages, and we hope to make it a yearly tradition!
We are still looking for local musicians and vendors to participate. The more, the merrier! If you or someone you know is interested in being a vendor or providing your musical talents at the festival, we welcome you to reach out to one of the following people, and we’ll get you all the information you need.
