The Salvation Army of Brown County partnered with City Church in Bloomington on July 17 to give away 250 backpacks filled with school supplies, as well as bags of groceries, infant to 3T clothing and household items. The groups also conducted a drawing for four bikes at the church in Nashville. Pastor Kim Norris from City Church led a service on the street where people came forward to receive prayer, and some people were baptized. They called the event “Healing Hands.”
