BROWN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS’ ORDINANCE NO. ______________

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE BROWN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, Brown County, Indiana, has heretofore, pursuant to the authority of State Statue I.C. 16-1-4-24 ordained by Ordinance No. 7-3-78-2 amended February 21, 2017, ordained that certain fees be charged by the Health Department for the services it provides and a fee schedule established and ordained setting those fees, and;

WHEREAS, the cost of administering certain services has increased, the fee schedule has been adjusted accordingly.

THEREFORE, IT IS ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Brown County, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 7-3-78-2 be and is hereby amended to incorporate the fee schedule attached hereto and made part of this Ordinance as Exhibit A.

IT IS FURTHER ORDAINED that all portions of Ordinance No. 7-3-78-2 and all other subsequent amendments thereto that are in conflict with this Ordinance be and are hereby repealed. All remaining provisions of Ordinance No. 7-3-78-2 shall remain in full force and effect. This fee schedule will be in effect January 1, 2020.
