Pursuant to plea agreement, judgment of conviction is entered as a Class A misdemeanor; 365 days in BCJ/BCCC with five actual days executed, remainder suspended. Probation for 360 days, which shall include 90 days of house arrest and other special conditions. License suspension for 90 days commencing Nov. 12; $386.50 fine and total court costs. Defendant to serve five actual days intermittently commencing Nov. 15 at 9 a.m.
