Diana Biddle
INDIANAPOLIS — Brown County commissioner Diana Biddle was elected 2020 secretary of the Indiana Association of County Commissioners (IACC) during the group’s annual conference.
As secretary, Biddle will represent elected county commissioners from all 92 counties. She also will be secretary of the IACC’s Executive Board of Directors, which determines policies and legislative goals for the association.
Kendell Culp of Jasper County was elected president of the association; Tom Wall of Huntington County was elected vice president; and Ryan Goodwin of Morgan County was elected treasurer.
The IACC’s annual conference is the largest gathering of county commissioners in the state. Biddle and others attended workshops concerning county-related topics focusing on the conference theme “Sharing Solutions” Sessions included cybersecurity, wastewater planning, economic development, Indiana jails in distress, emergency preparedness and resiliency, road and bridge funding, road safety planning and more.
