Juanita M. Moberly

Juanita M. (Bright) Moberly, age 89, passed away Monday Morning, Feb. 24, 2020 at IU Health in Bloomington. She was a resident of Nashville.
Juanita was born Sept. 21, 1930, in Brown County, to her parents, the late Glen W. and Mary (McGee) Bright. She was a 1947 graduate of Nashville High School.
Juanita married her loving husband of 43 years, William H. Moberly, on Oct. 8, 1948 in Columbus. He preceded her in death in May of 1992. She is also preceded in death by brothers, C. William Bright and Loren Bright.
Juanita retired after many years of working in management for both the Nashville State Bank and the Central & Southern Finance. After retirement, she worked at the Brown County Art Gallery and volunteered at the Brown County Community Closet.
Juanita also enjoyed caring for her dogs, Larry and Bud, as well as, playing golf and traveling when she was younger.
Juanita will be missed by her daughter, Kathy (Bob) Bond of Seminole, Florida; grandson, R. Ryan (Bree) Bond; and great grandchildren, Alexandra and Carter Bond. The family would like to thank Pam Crawford for the care and companionship she has shown Juanita, as well as Mark and Shirley Dunn for their friendship.
In keeping with Juanita’s wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
In memory of Juanita, memorial contributions can be sent to the Brown County Humane Society, PO Box 746 Nashville, IN 47448. Her family encourages friends to volunteer, donate, and adopt, don’t shop, at an animal facility near you.
