Notice is hereby given that Stacy Cromer was on March 20, 2020, appointed Personal Representative of the Estate of Dorinda Jane Cromer, deceased, who died on March 3, 2020.
All persons having claims against this estate, whether or not now due, must file the claim in the Office of the Clerk of this Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or within nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the
Brown County
Commissioners/Highway Department, Brown County, Indiana, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, will be accepting sealed bid proposals on the following items:
2020-1 Roadway Improvements – Hot Mix Asphalt Paving – “CCMG Grant Projects” Specifications may be obtained from the County Highway Department at 711 Greasy Creek Rd., Nashville, IN 47448
Bids must be submitted no later than April 28, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. to the office of the Brown County Highway, 711 Greasy Creek Rd., Nashville, Indiana 47448. Bids will be opened and read on April 28, 2020 during a scheduled Commissioners meeting which starts at 2 P.M. Bids shall be submitted on the forms in the Specifications, along with the Non-Collusion
Affidavit. A bid bond or certified check (10% of total bid) shall accompany each Bid. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the County Highway and display the name of the Contractor and marked as “2020 Roadway Improvements Bid – CCMG”. The successful bidder(s)shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount with an approved surety company with the contracts. Said bonds to remain in full force and effect for a period of 90 days after the date of final acceptance of the work by the County.
It is anticipated that due to construction season limitations, if a bid is received which meets the specifications and budget of the County, a Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on April 28, 2020, with pending contract approval from the County and INDOT. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals or to accept any Proposal and to waive any and all informalities in the bid process.
